Why South West Mallorca?
When we set out to build this collection, we made a deliberate choice: to focus exclusively on the south west corner of Mallorca. Not because it is the most famous part of the island — in fact, quite the opposite. The south west has always attracted a quieter, more discerning visitor. The kind of person who values privacy over spectacle and beauty over convenience.
The coastline between Port d’Andratx and Santa Ponsa is unlike anything else Mallorca has to offer. Dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, pine forests tumbling down to the sea, and a light in the late afternoon that photographers travel here specifically to capture. It is the part of the island that reveals itself slowly — and that rewards those who look.
What We Do
We represent a hand-picked portfolio of exceptional villas in this part of the island. Every property in our collection has been personally visited and selected. We do not list villas we have not seen. We do not represent owners whose standards do not meet ours.
When you enquire with us, you hear from a person. We respond within 24 hours — often much sooner. We know the villas we represent: the bedroom that catches the morning light, the terrace that is best for watching the sunset, the nearest beach that the guidebooks have not yet discovered.
Our Promise
We will never overpromise. If a villa has a limitation, we will tell you. If we think another property might suit you better, we will say so. Our business depends entirely on guests returning, and on guests recommending us to people they trust. That keeps us honest.
